一、比赛目的

二、比赛规则

1.参赛资格：本校所有学生
2. 比赛形式：分为初赛和决赛两个阶段
3. 初赛：参赛选手需在规定时间内完成一篇英语作文，并自选题目，字数不少于200字。由各班级英语老师负责评分，取平均分作为初赛成绩。
4. 决赛：根据初赛成绩排名，进入决赛的选手需在规定时间内完成一篇英语演讲，要求口音清晰，语速适当，内容积极向上，能引起观众的共鸣。
5. 评分标准：

(1) 初赛：根据语法、拼写、标点符号、内容、语言运用等标准进行评分。

(2) 决赛：根据口音、语速、内容、表达、感染力等标准进行评分。
